'Round the World - 2016
Beginning July 3rd, Lexi and I will be taking time away from working full time in order to fulfill a dream of extended travel around the world. Taking a trip like this has been a goal we've both had for several years, and we've been saving up to afford an opportunity to do so. We've set this site up in order to allow friends and family to follow us along this journey in addition to having a memory box to look back upon later.
While we have a general outline of places we would like to go, we've intentionally kept our schedule open in order to allow more spontaneity and flexibility. The first three months of our trip will be spent touring Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Nepal. The latter three months will be spent touring Europe, including Germany, the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, and Italy.
We intend to update our blog periodically from abroad and keep a running list of destinations on this page. Below you can see a map of where we've been on this trip so far and where we intend to go next.
